  1. We will ship in-stock orders in 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  2. We know that you bought the product(s) because you are looking for something to happen, something to change. We guarantee that once you've received your product, you will notice a positive shift in the way your body feels. And if, for any reason, you don't, just let us know within 90 days of your purchase and we'll give you a refund on the product. See details below.

Returns Policy

If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, email support@allabouthealthnetwork.com and tell us you'd like to return your product. In your email include:

  • Date of Order
  • Complete Name as it appears on your order
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return

Details for Returning Your Purchase:

  • Returns are accepted within 90 days of the purchase date. 
  • Products must be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials, returns will not be accepted if parts are missing. 
  • Customer pays return shipping. We strongly suggest using a service that provides insurance and a tracking number. Insurance is helpful if the item is damaged during transit back to us.
  • Refunds are issued after inspecting the returned item(s). The amount refunded is the product price minus a 15% restocking fee. However we reserve the right to increase the restocking fee for damaged items, or if missing parts, instructions, etc.  Orginal shipping cost is not refundable. 

 Please take all precautions to keep the product, cords, warranty information, instruction books and packaging material in as new condition as possible during the 90-day guarantee period, as all of these items will be required for a quick and proper refund. We cannot give refunds for items that are not intact.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Your country my have additional taxes, duties and or import fees. We do not provide estimates for these. Please check with your local authorizies.  All shipments will be marked as a sale.

Countries outside of North America:  We are in the process of streamlining shipping to countries outside of North America. New items will be shipped by best method and in general will by by US Priority Mail International.  Shipping by UPS/DHL/FedEx may have additional fees.  Refurbished items will only be shipped by US Priority Mail International.

We do not provide service for or take returns for ANY REASON on 110V items purchased for use in countries that use a 220V electrical circuit. You alone are responsible for providing the necessary convertor and/or adaptor. All electrical units are 110V unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation of any order is FREE, if we have not shipped your order.

Please note: We apologize that we cannot extend our full 90-day satisfaction guarantee on any of our supplements, books, videos, DVDs. Please take a moment to test your item(s) upon receipt,  All sales outide of North America are final. Our 90-Day Guarantee does not apply to sales outside North America.


Extended Warranties:

Extended warranties are limited against defects and are not valid if the product has been damaged or misused. Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the product purchased. Customer incurs the cost of shipping to All About Health Network. The product will be serviced or replaced and shipped free of cost back to the customer.
